With just a few easy steps, I'll show you how to create a stunning spring flower pot display that would make the perfect Mother's Day gift, or just to welcome Spring. Let's get started!

Terra Cotta Pot with Paint and paintbrush

Adding paint and other designs

I used a pot that was previously painted and had some twine added to it. I decided to keep the existing paint and twine and add a few painted flowers to the pot. For the flowers, I used light purple and blue for the petals, and white for the center of each flower.

Adding the foam block

Add a foam craft block inside the pot after making the necessary cuts to fit.

Craft stick with spring decoration

Adding the craft stick and spring decoration

First, get your craft stick and use hot glue to attach your spring decoration. During a clearance sale, I found this super cute rainboot and tulip decoration at Michael's. Insert the decoration into the foam block once you have attached it to the craft stick.

Cutting and adding flowers

Use floral cutters to cut your artificial flowers to the right size before inserting them into the pot.
Arrange the flowers to your liking.

This is a wonderful gift idea to celebrate Mother's Day or welcome the arrival of Spring. It's a great way to bring a smile to someone's face! You can include a few tea bags or flower seed packets inside the pot and add a gift card in the center. Thank you for crafting this with me.
