DIY Spring Flower Terra Cotta Pot

Hello everyone! Today, I'm excited to share a simple re-do craft that will transform a plain terra cotta pot into a beautiful spring gift. I'm reusing one of my old terra cotta pots from a previous project for this craft.- Spring Floral Clay Pot Design

With just a few easy steps, I'll show you how to create a stunning spring flower pot display that would make the perfect Mother's Day gift, or just to welcome Spring. Let's get started!

Terra Cotta Pot with Paint and paintbrush

Adding paint and other designs

I used a pot that was previously painted and had some twine added to it. I decided to keep the existing paint and twine and add a few painted flowers to the pot. For the flowers, I used light purple and blue for the petals, and white for the center of each flower.

Adding the foam block

Add a foam craft block inside the pot after making the necessary cuts to fit.

Craft stick with spring decoration

Adding the craft stick and spring decoration

First, get your craft stick and use hot glue to attach your spring decoration. During a clearance sale, I found this super cute rainboot and tulip decoration at Michael's. Insert the decoration into the foam block once you have attached it to the craft stick.

Cutting and adding flowers

Use floral cutters to cut your artificial flowers to the right size before inserting them into the pot.
Arrange the flowers to your liking.

This is a wonderful gift idea to celebrate Mother's Day or welcome the arrival of Spring. It's a great way to bring a smile to someone's face! You can include a few tea bags or flower seed packets inside the pot and add a gift card in the center. Thank you for crafting this with me.

A Touch of Spring: Faux Rose & Wildflower Beaded Wreath Tutorial

Today I’m sharing a soft and delicate spring wreath that comes together beautifully with just a few simple supplies. I’m using a beaded wood wreath as my base, along with faux yellow roses, pink artificial wildflowers, and a bit of foliage to bring everything to life. This project is perfect if you’re looking to add a gentle pop of color and a touch of spring charm to your home. Video tutorial  Supplies You’ll Need Beaded wood wreath Faux yellow roses Pink artificial wildflowers Faux foliage Floral/wire cutters Craft wire Trim Your Florals I started by using my floral cutters to trim the stems of each flower. Prepare Your Craft Wire and  Attach the Roses After I trimmed the roses, I cut small sections of craft wire. These will be u...

Easy DIY Metal Tea Container Redesign

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I'm excited to share a quick upcycled DIY project with you today. I will be transforming a tea container that I recently finished and reusing it to store tea bags. I wanted to give it a fresh new look. This project requires Mod Podge, paint, and other materials. Video tutorial Materials: - One tea container - Decorative tissue paper, wrapping paper, or napkin - Acrylic paint - Paintbrush - Mod Podge - Embellishments (e.g., wooden bead, hot glue)   Adding Decorative Paper and Mod Podge: For this project, I chose to use floral wrapping paper. I started by applying Mod Podge to the tin can with my paintbrush. Then, I placed the wrapping paper over the Mod Podge, working my way around the container. I used a heating tool to dry the Mod Podge as I went along. Decorating the Lid: After that, I painted the metal lid with acrylic paint, applying around three coats to achieve good coverage. I used cut-outs from the decorative wrapping pap...
