Hi everyone! I wanted to start my craft transition from summer to fall to give you all a head start on some autumn craft ideas. I've noticed that many stores already have their autumn crafts, home decor, and other seasonal items out. Today, I am sharing what I call my "wooden crate full of sunshine." It's bright and pretty cheery. This creation is simple, and I am reusing my wooden crate from a previous craft.

Materials needed:
- One wooden crate box
- Artificial flowers
- Scissors
- Mod Podge
- Paintbrush
- Decorative napkin
- Foam blocks
For this project, I am repurposing a wooden crate that was previously painted black. I have decided to paint it a lighter, more cheerful color by mixing yellow and light cream.
Next, using scissors, cut out your napkin design. Once you have cut out the design, remove the second layer of your napkin.
Use a paintbrush to apply a thin layer of Mod Podge over a section of the wooden crate. Then place the decorative napkin over the Mod Podge, and gently smooth out any creases and wrinkles. Finally, apply a second layer of Mod Podge over the napkin.
Lastly, insert the foam blocks into the wooden crate. Then, begin placing your flowers in the crate.
That completes this craft. I hope you have enjoyed this simple craft. Thank you for visiting.
