Christmas Tree Frame Decoration |🎄🌟☃️

Create a unique and beautiful Christmas tree frame decoration with this step-by-step guide. Get inspired and add your own personal touch to make this festive season even more special.

Hello everyone! I hope that you are all doing well. Today I will share a craft with you that I think you will enjoy. I recently found these foam cones at my local Dollar Tree and wanted to create two Christmas trees. It looked as though someone had misplaced them in the store. I grabbed them, along with some yarn. I had my canvas and all of my other materials on hand.

Video tutorial

Materials needed

Two foam cones
Canvas frame
Yarn
Craft gems
Star Template
Pencil
Paintbrush
Paint
Gold wire
Hot glue
Cardboard section
Decorative craft paper
Scissors

Begin by applying your paint onto your frame. If you are using a canvas frame just remove the canvas from your frame. You could also use a picture frame for this craft as well.

Next, take your gold wire and begin to wrap your gold wire around your canvas frame.

After you have wrapped your gold wire around your frame, set it aside.
Take your foam cones and starting at the top, start to wrap your yarn around each cone. When you start at the top, be sure to add a little hot glue to keep your yarn in place while you wrap it around.

Once you have wrapped your yarn around, take your craft gems and add them to your trees. My craft gems had a sticky backing to them, but I decided to add hot glue just to be sure that they would stay in place.

After wrapping your trees is done, take your hot glue and add a little onto the bottom of each tree and add it onto the inside, bottom section of your frame.

Once you have added your trees onto your frame, take your cardboard piece, and decorative paper, and using your pencil, begin to trace out your star using your star template. After, take your scissors and cut out your cardboard stars, and decorative paper stars.

Take some clear glue and add your glue onto your cardboard star cutouts. Place your decorative paper star cutouts over the glued surface. Once you have done that, take your starts and use hot glue to attach them to each tree.

Lastly, take your faux greenery and add that to a corner of your frame.

Your Christmas tree frame decoration is complete and ready to be put on display. I hope that you have enjoyed this craft. Be sure to let me know if you decide to create your very own. Thank you so much for stopping by and creating with me. I appreciate all of you!
