Materials Needed

- One mini clip photo frame
- Acrylic paint (green and white)
- Paintbrush
- Glue (hot glue recommended)
- Twine
- Assorted Christmas decorations (I used mini Christmas trees)
- Scissors
- Ribbon

Remove the Bow
Start by removing the bow from the photo clip frame. It should come off easily since it is attached with hot glue. If it doesn't, use a craft knife to carefully detach it, ensuring not to damage the bow as you will need it later for this project.

Apply Acrylic Paint
Next, apply your main color of acrylic paint to the frame. I chose green for my photo frame.

Add Accent Color
Once the green paint is fully dry, lightly paint over a few areas of the frame with white acrylic paint. I initially considered using black but decided white would give a better effect.

Wrap with Twine
Take the twine and begin wrapping it around one side of the frame. Use hot glue to secure the twine on the back side of the frame as you wrap. After wrapping the desired number of times, cut the twine and glue down the end to secure it.

Attach Mini Trees
I incorporated mini Christmas trees into my design. Use hot glue to attach the trees at the bottom of the frame display.

Add Ribbon
Cut a section of ribbon with scissors and glue it to the top of the frame. Reattach the bow to the top of the frame where it was originally attached.

This creative project provides a charming way to display messages, whether they are simple reminders or quick notes. Enjoy your beautifully decorated photo frame!
