DIY Floral Mini Wooden Picket Fence Hanging Decoration

Hi everyone! I hope all is well. We will enjoy a little more sunshine this week, and the weather will stay around 70 degrees. I'm excited about this. Over the weekend we re-seeded our lawn and my husband is extending my front flower bed. Today I am sharing a quick craft using materials I had on hand. The mini wooden picket fence decoration can be purchased at Dollar Tree. This craft is fast and super easy to create. I'll provide a material list below.

Start by taking your paintbrush and applying your acrylic paint to your wood picket fence.

The color I am using for my fence is called Celery.

After, take your faux floral and bend the bottom section of your floral. My floral had wire in it and I decided to turn it back because I wanted to slip the bent section between the bottom gaps on my fence.
You can also take floral cutters and cut smaller sections of your floral. Using your hot glue, turn your fence over and begin to apply your glue to the bent wire sections. I also applied a little glue to the leaves and flowers on the front side. I wanted to be sure to give it an extra hold.

I decided to add extra leaves to the bottom of my fence design to help hide the stems at the bottom. When adding my butterfly I added just a little hot glue to the back of the fence decoration. My butterfly came with a little spring attached to it.

That completes your Spring floral wooden picket decoration. Wasn't that simple to create? I love how simple it was and it only uses just a few materials.
